Certified in Health, Life and Internal Family Systems Coaching, and Plant-Based Nutrition, she bridges the worlds of science and spirituality, guiding others toward harmony, vitality and the wisdom within.

Yoga was Abbie’s first doorway into spirituality; a path that guided her to stillness, strength, and an awareness of the inner world. Through the power of asana and pranayama, and the medicine of mantra and meditation, she found a sense of presence that continues to shape both her personal life and profession.

She honours the tradition of Tantrik and Vedic lineages in every class she creates, interweaving mantra and meditation, kundalini kriya and pranayama throughout the postures and practice.
Her guidance is grounded in the understanding that true transformation begins within; through curiosity, compassion, and connection.
Drawing inspiration from Internal Family Systems, Abbie encourages students to explore and embrace their many layers; to witness, welcome, and unburden emotional parts with a gentleness and grace.
