  • Move It Don't Lose It™

    Release accumulated tension in your muscles, joints, and tendons by combining stretching and strengthening in this unique class.

  • Single Leg Flow™

    Developed and taught by Molly Rose, the skill of moving on one leg welcomes a challenging and essential movement practice for a healthy functioning body.

    Too many people are caught in training bilateral movements. This practice creates strength, stability, and balance on your mat and in your day.

    Deep focus is required for harmony and achieving a flow state. Single leg training is an ongoing work of art. It will enhance your efficiency and performance in any arena. Come and grow your single leg flow with me!
