
Lionheart Integrative Therapies Timetable
Level 1 classes are suitable for all level of experience. The focus is on foundational postures, control, alignment, body awareness and learning fundamental movement patterns.
Level 2 classes are suitable for those with more experience and a solid foundation of practice. More complex movements and advanced techniques are introduced with greater intensity.
The Physical Freedom Method (TPFM) Workshops are part of a 12 week physical and energetic immersion into movement mastery, mind body spirit alignment and self empowerment.
All movement classes are informed by the principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability (DNS).
Soul Movement & Sound Bath events are held on the last Friday of the month.
An Evening In Meditation event is held monthly on the last Saturday of the month.
