Molly Rose is here to help you reconnect with your inner power and embrace your authentic self. Drawing from her diverse background in dance, primal movement, yoga, dynamic neuromuscular stability, energy healing, and internal martial arts, Molly created Soul Movement—a practice that unites body, breath, and soul. Through movement, breathwork, and energy work, Molly guides you in releasing what no longer serves you, empowering you to express yourself fully and heal. Her classes offer a safe, supportive space to explore self-expression, rejuvenate your energy, and tap into the flow of universal chi. Molly is dedicated to helping you feel centered, grounded, and free to embrace who you truly are.

Who Is Soul Movement For?
Soul Movement is for everyone! It is a guided practice for self-connection, play, and expression. Through meditative movements drawn from Tai Chi, energy work, and dance, you’ll shake off stress, release emotional tension, and reconnect with the essence of your soul. This is movement as meditation, a space to let go, rise, and embody your empowered self.
