A monthly space to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself. Through breathwork, kriya, meditation, sound, somatic practices and soulful self-inquiry, these sessions explore the body as a living doorway into steadiness, presence and inner guidance.

Meet Monique
Monique is a trauma informed Yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience in the healing arts, embodied practice and space-holding.
Her work weaves together yoga, pranayama, meditation, kriya, somatic awareness, sound, self-inquiry and Tantric philosophy to create grounded, nourishing spaces for reconnection and inner steadiness.
Drawing on decades of personal practice, professional experience in the wellness industry, and training in yoga, meditation, Reiki, massage, relationship coaching and embodiment-based transformation, Monique brings warmth, depth and intuitive presence to her facilitation.
Through Sanctuary Sessions, she invites participants to slow down, reconnect with the body and breath, and cultivate an inner sanctuary — a steady place of wisdom, peace and love to return to when life feels full, uncertain or challenging.
