  • Lifters seeking mobility without losing strength.

  • Desk workers wanting to be agile & supple.

  • Yogis & dancers looking to add functional strength.

  • Anyone ready to improve their symmetry & alignment.

How it works

Morning barefoot sprint drill at Lionheart: participant grounding feet on studio turf, improving proprioception, foot strength, and natural gait mechanics.

Whether you’re new to primal movement or looking to refine your practice our instructors ensure you build a solid foundation of movement competency.

Each exercise is practiced consciously and slowly at first with an emphasis placed on body awareness and precision before increasing intensity and speed of the movements.

Primal classes are a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and challenge yourself in new shapes and functionally relevant postures.
