Molly Rose

Molly’s mission is to empower those experiencing low energy, imbalances and discomfort to regain equilibrium and inner strength.
She works with coaches, artists and performers to help them better understand and connect with their emotional and energetic body.
Through emobodied practices spanning Yoga, DNS, Energy Balancing and Internal Martial Arts, Molly is a guide towards soul alignment and heart led living.
Together with Jesse David, their mission is to help the conscious collective of humanity align their heart, mind and body so that they can shine in their full potential.

Molly’s skills and experience as a healer and coach have developed from an early age. Her earliest memories involve her dancing and singing.
Her passion for movement, expression and embodiment led her to pursue a career in health and fitness.
A long stint a a personal trainer, fitness and dance instructor evolved into studying and practicing the ancient arts of Yoga, Chi Gong and Reiki.
Her passion for heart led expression led her to develop Soul Movement. A practice that connects body, mind, breath and heart for greater self awareness, authentic expression and energetic balance.Molly offers 1:1 coaching & healing, runs workshops and of course, teaches The Physical Freedom Method with Jesse David.
Jesse David

Jesse’s path as a holistic physiotherapist and conscious living coach guide has been shaped by deep study, personal healing, and a drive to understand the human body at its core.
With a background in sports, health science and rehabilitation, Jesse has spent over a decade working in hospitals, private practice and with thousands of clients navigating chronic pain, injury and disconnection.
His exploration into Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability, Internal Martial Arts, posture, biomechanics and energy medicine has formed the foundation of his unique integrative approach. Jesse’s passion lies in helping people unlock true alignment not just in the body, but in life.
Jesse currently offers 1:1 coaching, group workshops and co-teachers The Physical Freedom Method.

The biggest benefit has been a change in how I view the human body (and mind). Rather than considering the body in its component parts I am now training with a view of the body as a connected system. A further benefit has been understanding and adopting a revised approach to strength training. I have learnt that strength training is necessarily about throwing maximum weight around, or targeting and overloading single muscle groups. Instead I have felt the benefits of using my natural body weight combined with movement that prioritises correct body positioning and using complete full range motions.
