Hello beautiful soul, I’m Molly Johansson. A Soul Movement Coach, Reiki Channel and co-founder of Lionheart Integrative Therapies.

I help people experiencing low energy, imbalances and discomfort to regain equilibrium and strength. 

I help others understand their emotions and connect with their true potential through empowering movement practices. 

Together we focus on increasing strength and mobility. Through a blend of yoga, healing and internal martial arts, you'll learn to be centred and grounded with increased self-awareness and greater functional movement. 

Hi, I’m Jesse Soopaya, an Integrative Physiotherapist, Lifestyle Coach and co-founder of Lionheart Integrative Therapies.

I help health-conscious people ready to be free from pain, align their minds and bodies and unlock their physical freedom. 

I help active people create harmony in their physical and energetic bodies by building healthy habits through their lifestyles.

Together, our mission is to help humanity align their hearts, minds and bodies to activate their innate healing capacity.

Why We Created This Method

We all deserve freedom in our bodies, to experience boundless energy and joy through movement.

Having worked extensively in the conventional health and rehab realms, we discovered a gap—an oversight in recognizing the relationships between physical, mental, emotional, and energetic health.

The Physical Freedom Method defines a novel integrative approach to navigating physical health challenges.

Having struggled through our healing and recovery journeys many times we gained lived experience informing the creation of this program.

Combining 20 years of experience in holistic health, we created what we believe is a fail-safe method to attain enduring physical freedom. Now, we're here to share it with you.
