Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher

Tracy Bradley is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher with a natural ability of guiding others back to their true essence. Drawing on a background in Ballet, Yoga, and Body Balance, she weaves movement with meditation to deepen mind body connection. With 35 years in health and wellness, working with individuals, groups, athletes, and performers Tracy creates a nurturing space for self-acceptance, inner peace, and healing.

What To Expect

Meditation isn’t about escaping life it’s about meeting it head-on. Here, you’ll be guided towards cultivating clarity and acceptance, softening the urge to run from your own experience. Rather than silencing thoughts, you’ll learn to tune into your inner state and rest in stillness, where true peace emerges. In this meditation, we practice full awareness of the present moment: noticing whatever arises without judgment or reaction. This gentle, healing practice teaches you to slow down, feel what is real, and let each experience pass through you with a sense of safety and openness.
