The initial assessment gives an understanding of how the body’s 14 systems are functioning together as a whole.
Then starts the postural retraining, alignment focused DNS movements and technique based strength training.
Additionally coordination, motor control, and refined skill movement are included in sessions depending on the client’s goals.
There is a strong focus on maintaining balance between strength and restoration, the Yin and Yang of human health.
