Level  1 – For those new to primal movement or looking to refine their movement practice. We down each skill, build foundational competency, and ensure you feel safe, confident and supported exploring new shapes.

Level  2 – For experienced movers looking to expand and deeper their movement practice. Expect an overall greater intensity of output, more complex progressions, longer holds, and smoother transitions.
