Tracy Bradley is a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher with over 35 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
Her background includes fitness instruction, dance teaching, yoga, meditation and retreat facilitation. Tracy currently teaches yoga and meditation, and leads wellness retreats in Melbourne, Australia.
She brings a calm, grounded and experienced presence to her work, supporting others to slow down, build awareness and reconnect with the present moment.
In this meditation, we practice full awareness of the present moment: noticing whatever arises without judgment or reaction. This gentle, healing practice teaches you to slow down, feel what is real, and let each experience pass through you with a sense of safety and openness.
You’ll be guided towards cultivating clarity and acceptance, softening the urge to run from your own experience. You’ll learn to tune into your inner state and rest in stillness, where true peace emerges.
