Conditions We Work With

Who We Work With

We work with people experiencing pain, injury, postural imbalance and ongoing patterns of tension or dysfunction.

Many of the people we see are not looking for a quick fix. They are seeking a deeper understanding of what is happening in their body and a clear path toward alignment, strength and balance.

At Lionheart Integrative Therapies, we assess how you move, breathe and respond to load and stress to identify the underlying contributors to your condition.

How To Start

Choose the entry point that best reflects where you are

Physiotherapy

For acute injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and structured rehabilitation.

Remedial Massage

For pain relief, muscular tension, recovery and improved mobility.

Personal Training

For improving alignment, strength and physical capacity.

If you are unsure where to begin, an Integrative Health Assessment will guide you toward the most appropriate pathway.

Pain & Injury

  • Pain is rarely purely related to site of discomfort. It is influenced by how the body moves, stabilises, breathes and manages load over time.

  • These conditions are commonly linked to reduced mobility, poor load distribution, faulty breathing mechanics, myofascial tension and elevated stress load.

Addressing them requires localised treatment, restoring optimal movement, postural stability and internal balance.

  • Injuries must first be assessed and diagnosed accurately. From there, contributing factors are identified and a structured rehabilitation process is developed.

The goal is not only to recover, but to understand why the injury occurred and reduce the likelihood of it happening again.

Posture & Movement

  • Posture reflects how the body organises itself under gravity and stress. It is influenced by movement habits, breathing patterns and the psychosomatic relationship between physical and emotional state.

  • Mobility restriction, tension and loss of flexibility often develop gradually. These patterns can limit movement, reduce efficiency and increase strain on the bodies myofascial system.

  • Movement dysfunction occurs when when the neuromuscular system is unable to effectively coordinate the timing and co-activation of musculature to stabilise a joint. Over time, this leads to compensation, symmetry, tissue overload and pain.
