Molly is a guide for creatives, performers and leaders, helping them overcome low energy, imbalances and disharmony. She works with those who are ready to reclaim their equilibrium, unlock their inner strength and connect with their highest potential.

Through a decade of experience in health and fitness, Molly has learned to love the physical and energetic nature of human experience. Molly is passionate about helping others open their hearts, which she believes is the key to living harmonious and fulfilling lives.



With extensive training and experience in Fitness, Reiki, Yoga, Internal Martial Arts, and Dance Molly is able to help others become more centered, grounded and aligned within.

Molly is highly attuned to the energetic nature of the Universe. Having travelled to Ubud, Bali to study Yoga and Bangalore, India to study Qi Gong she has embodied understanding of the interconnected natures of the body, mind, and soul.

Her mission is to help humanity live sustainably, with vitality and open hearts. What drives her is a deep care for animals and the Earth. Her work inspires others to dance, sing, become more connected to nature and live from their heart and soul.
