Over the last 10 years, Molly has explored a wide range of movement disciplines and integrated them into a grounded, holistic approach to training, rehabilitation and physical development. Her work as a movement therapist brings together strength, alignment, and body awareness to create more resilient and capable bodies.

  • Yes. Movement therapy works well alongside physiotherapy, remedial massage and group classes. This is one of the strengths of the Lionheart Integrative Care model, different therapies and practices can be combined depending on the person.

  • We focus on improving postural alignment, movement quality and physical resilience. Changes in body composition may occur, but the primary aim is to build a body that functions well, feels strong and can meet the demands of life and training with greater ease.

  • If you want more than a generic gym program and are looking for a more precise, structured and integrative approach to strength and movement our approach is for you. If you are still unsure, an Integrative Health Assessment can help guide you in the right direction.

    • We offer 6 and 12 week results based packages

    • Sessions are 45 minutes and include a tailored exercise and lifestyle program

    • Pricing varies between $120-$155 per week depending on which package you choose.
