Jesse is an Integrative Physiotherapist and co founder of Lionheart Integrative Therapies who specializes in working with chronic pain suffers, neurodevelopmental & postural imbalances and athletic rehabilitation. With over 10 years of experience in bodywork, rehabilitation and healthcare, he has acquired a vast experiential understanding of the interdependent nature of the body systems.

Combining over a decade of physiotherapy expertise with advanced training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability (DNS), Active Release Techniques (ART), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), Transcendental Awareness Meditation, Yoga and Chi Gong, Jesse bridges Eastern wisdom and Western science. His integrative approach incorporates rehabilitation science, biomechanics, bodywork and holistic health to address not only the symptoms, but the root causes of dysfunctions.

Guided by personal health challenges and his professional experience, Jesse views health as a harmonious balance of physical, mental, emotional and energetic factors. As the co-creator of The Physical Freedom Method, an online holistic health program designed to restore body alignment and movement efficiency, his work has expanded globally and inspires physical transformation and self empowerment for those seeking to activate the innate intelligence of the body.
Jesse’s Qualifications & Training

Jesse graduated at the top of his cohort, earning dux honors. His studies at La Trove University, provided a strong foundation in evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques.

Jesse completed his first DNS training through the Rehabilitation University of Prague in 2019, focusing on motor control and stability. DNS has since become one of the most effective tools in his practice, and he’s continued to build on these skills with advanced DNS training.

Jesse trained in FMS to enhance his ability to assess biomechanics, coach movement, and design corrective exercise strategies. This knowledge has been instrumental in both his training and client’s programs.

This laid the foundation for Jesse’s anatomical understanding of the human body and manual therapy.

Jesse’s interest in the nervous system deepened when he completed Level 4 FNOR training. This allowed him to better address complex neuromuscular issues and integrate a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Seeking a deeper perspective, Jesse trained in Transcendental Awareness Meditation, Yoga, and Chi Gong. These practices transformed both his professional approach and personal life, enabling him to perceive pain from physical, mental, and energetic perspectives.
