
Lionheart Timetable
Level 1 classes are suitable for beginners, those navigating an injury. The focus is on developing foundational motor control, postural alignment and body awareness.
Level 2 classes are suitable for those who are comfortable and confident with the level 1 class. Typically those with more experience and a solid foundation of movement practice are able to tolerate the complex postures, advanced movements and greater intensity.
The Freedom Method (TFM) Workshops are part of a 6 month physical and energetic immersion into movement mastery, mind, body, heart alignment and self empowerment.
All movement classes are informed by the principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).
