
Lionheart Timetable
Level 1 classes are suitable for all levels including beginners & those navigating injury. The focus is on developing foundational motor control, postural alignment and body awareness.
Level 2 classes are for experienced movers with a solid foundation of movement practice who are looking for a greater challenge, more complex postures, advanced movements and greater intensity.
The Freedom Method (TFM) Program is a 6 month physical and energetic immersion into movement mastery, mind, body, heart alignment and self empowerment.
All movement classes are informed by the principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).
